The Ride
What Is the Central Park Proposal Tour?
A 65-minute ride through Central Park in one of our carriages, with a pause at the spot you pick so the proposal happens where you wanted it. We are family-owned and have been driving in the Park since 1999.
Every booking is one private carriage — never shared with another party. Each carriage seats 4 adults, 3 adults & up to 2 children, 2 adults & up to 4 children, 1 adult & up to 6 children, counting children as 12 and under, and you can reserve more than one carriage if your party is larger.
$224.99 is the price of the carriage, not a price per person. Anything you add is optional and is chosen in the booking flow, where the current prices are shown before you pay.
Regular tours, this one included, run January 10 – November 20. From November 21 to January 9 they pause while our Christmas tours run.
The Handover
How Does the Driver Know Where to Stop?
You should not have to explain the plan at the carriage stand. This is the route your chosen spot takes from the booking form to the driver.
You choose the spot while booking
The booking form asks where you would like to propose and offers exactly three answers — Bethesda Terrace Arcade, Wagner Cove, Bow Bridge. You cannot move on to payment until one is chosen.
Your choice stays with your reservation
Your chosen location is saved with your reservation. You can review it before completing your booking.
It prints on the driver’s sheet
Your driver receives your proposal location with the ride details before meeting you.
The office has it as well
Our team also receives your date, time and chosen location, and can help with questions before the day.

What Can I Add to the Proposal Tour?
Add-ons are optional, are picked in the booking flow, and are paid together with the tour — no separate invoice afterwards. The current list, with prices, is shown at the add-ons step when you book.
