This checkbox is not pre-checked and is not required to complete a booking β you may book without consenting to SMS and still receive all booking notifications by email. Below are the full terms of our SMS program for guests who choose to opt in.
Program Description
NYC Royal Carriage's SMS program sends transactional, service-related messages directly tied to your booking β no marketing, promotional, or third-party content. Specifically, you may receive:
- Booking confirmations β sent immediately when your booking is confirmed
- Tour reminders β sent 24 hours before, and on the morning of, your tour
- Payment notifications β payment links, payment-pending reminders, and payment confirmations
- Booking updates β sent only when a change is made to your reservation
- Review requests β sent once after your tour, asking for feedback
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your booking activity. A typical customer receives 3β6 messages per booking. We do not send recurring marketing texts.
Fees
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. NYC Royal Carriage does not charge a fee to send or receive messages β any charges come from your carrier.
Opt-Out (STOP)
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message from us. After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS from our system. If you opt out, you may not receive future booking confirmations or reminders by SMS β we recommend ensuring your email is on file so you continue receiving notifications by email.

Re-Opt-In (START)

Consent and Eligibility
Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services. You may complete a booking without SMS consent and receive notifications by email only. Our SMS program is intended for users 18 years or older located in the United States. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
Supported Carriers
We deliver messages via 10DLC long-code, which is supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their MVNO partners. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
WhatsApp Messaging
If you have enabled WhatsApp notifications, the same scope, frequency, and opt-out terms apply via WhatsApp Business. You can stop WhatsApp messages at any time by blocking the contact within your WhatsApp app.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are available to all ages, but online bookings must be made by individuals 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.
